We always talk about beauty products when it comes to our skincare but we should not forget that we must also watch what we eat so we can take good care of our skin better. We should not only rely on beauty products, keeping our inside healthy will also benefit not just our skin but our whole being.

Now, we gather the foods that you can easily find in the market that can keep your skin healthy

Eggs

Who hasn’t tried to eat eggs? Most people include this during breakfast! Eggs can keep your skin hydrated and firm. It promotes the natural oils that help keep you looking radiant because eggs contain lutein.

Watermelon

It can help your skin cells to stay hydrated. It has beta-carotene and Vitamin C which makes it a powerful antioxidant-packed snack.

Tomatoes

It is rich in lycopene which is needed for the long-term protection of your skin against harmful UV radiation. Lycopene is a pigment that is naturally found in the skin. We are not discouraging you to discontinue using sunscreen because you still need it to protect your skin.

Leafy Greens

Packed with carotene compounds that can protect and hydrate your skin cells. Leafy greens can also support collagen production.
