Stay Fresh even on Busy Days!
We are all busy nowadays, right? Most of the time during busy days we tend to look tired after work. That’s why we’ve come up with some tips on how you could stay fresh even if you are busy.
These are just basic tips but you will definitely love it!
Sleep 6-8 hrs. per day
It is good to have a good sleep so that you can re-energize your body. Keep away your phone from you so that it will not disturb you. Complete sleep can help also to boost your immune system. Always remember, GOOD SLEEP=GOOD MOOD!
Exercise!
Start your day with exercise. Doesn’t mean that you have to do heavy lifting or spend hours in the gym, not all of us have the luxury of time to do that. Basic exercise will do. Exercise can make you feel energized and prepared for your day.
Do not skip breakfast and drink lots of water
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it replenishes your supply of glucose to boost your energy level and alertness; it also provides essential nutrients for good health.
Don’t forget to hydrate yourself too. It flushes out toxins from your body and improves skin complexion too.
Eat healthy foods and take supplements
At least eat 1 kind of fruit per day and take supplements that are good for your health. A fresh look always starts from the inside!
Take a bath and brush your teeth
Hygiene is very important! It helps you to lower the risk of catching unwanted bacteria and viruses.
Do your skincare routine
This is very important before putting on your makeup. This can help your skin to look fresh for the whole day. It also boosts your confidence- when you look good, you feel good!
Put on your makeup
Make sure it is not too much and make sure the products that you were using are good for the type of skin that you have.
Bring face powder and oil blotting sheets with you
Since we cannot avoid getting oily for the whole day, dabbing a face powder would be great. Using oil blotting sheets can also remove excess oil from your face especially on the T-zone area. These two can make your face look fresh even on a tiring day.
Wear clean clothes
It is best of course to wear clean clothes. This is to avoid unwanted body odor. Make sure you change clothes every day!
